Hatha Yoga:

A physical practice, a sequence of exercises to allow the body to become more

relaxed and strengthened, step by step.

The essence of the practice with Sev is first is to keep it simple & tradition based.

The basic postures are deconstructed, proper alignments are explained, the breath is added.

All done safely... always.

This is what you will discover & learn during classes, and progress along the way...

Improve your strength, mobility and flexibility and therefore overall  wellbeing.

Vinyasa Flow:

Each posture will slowly flow towards the next, with the breath.

More emphasis is given to standing sequences, for a full-body concentration in movement.

Depending on the individual, the pace will increase.

Finally, slowing down towards the end of the practice, for a more Yin approach.
